- The game does not work?
You don’t have Macromedia Flash 6 (or above) player plug-in installed on your PC. This plug-in will provide you to see our game and lot of other content on internet. In approx 60 second, you can download this plug-in from http://www.macromedia.com/go/getflash/ and to start to enjoy in our game.
- Part of the game is off my screen?
If you can see only part of the game it is likely that your PC resolution is set on 640x 480. You need to change resolution on your PC on 800x600 pixels or higher. You can do it if you right click mouse anywhere on your desktop. The menu will appear, click ‘properties’ and then select ‘settings’ tab. You can now adjust resolutions on your PC and return to game.
- Why does game run slowly?
The speed of the game will depend of characteristics of your PC. The less applications and browsers you have opened on your PC, the better. This will free up resources on your computer and it will help you to see the game properly. If you still have a problem seeing the game, unfortunately we can advise you to upgrade your video card or/and PC.
- What will happened if my PC or mine internet connection crashes?
If you have placed bet and started the race, our game server will process the race for you as if you were connected. When you log on next time, you will be able to see results of the race on your history page. If you want to see the race you can contact our customer service and they will provide you with the details. If you hadn’t placed the bet before you lost your connection or your PC crash, no changes will be made on your account.
